Where Are They Now: Christine McVie

31 March 2010 | By Sonja in Uncategorized

Christine McVie joined Fleetwood Mac in 1970, just after marrying bassist John McVie. She played piano and sang lead on many songs and contributed backing vocals to the Stevie Nicks tunes. Christine also wrote a number of Fleetwood Mac hits, including “Over My Head,” “You Make Loving Fun,” and “Don’t Stop.”
Christine left Fleetwood Mac after their 1997 tour citing exhaustion as the main reason. She moved back home to England and lives in Kent. She enjoys gardening and cooking, and remains close to her two brothers, as well as her young neice and nephew.
